摘要
对当前正在实施的城乡建设用地增减挂钩政策试点中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了加强宣传、尊重民意、规范管理等相应对策。
The author analyzed existing problems in increasing and decreasing link-policy pilots of rural construction land, and put forward countermeasures of strengthening propaganda, respecting will of people and standardizing management.
