摘要
本文综述了国内外辐照处理对茶叶卫生质量、感官品质、内含物的影响以及农残降解的研究进展,展望了辐照技术在茶叶上的应用前景和发展方向,为辐照技术在茶叶上的产业化应用提供参考依据。
The recent advance on effects of irradiation on the sanitation quality, sensory quality, chemical contents and degradation of pesticide residues in tea was reviewed. The application foreground and the developmental direction of irradiation technology in tea were also predicted. The reference basis for the industrial application of irradiation technology in tea were presented.
