摘要
阐述了高等教育公平与效率的相关学说,针对高等教育发展过程中必然是效率优先,而进入新时期高等教育的发展又期待公平的艰难抉择问题,提出了深化教育体制改革,促起点公平;优化资源配置,多渠道引资,提高办学效率;走有特色、高水平路线,提高教育成效等相应对策。
The paper, based on reviewing relevant theories on higher learning equality and efficiency, attempts to explore the dilemma between the efficiency-preferential development and the present equality expectation. It, therefore, suggests that such steps be taken as deepening the reform of educational system to facilitate starting-point equality, optimizing resource allocation and extending funds-raising channels to lift efficiency, and carrying out unique and high-end education to upgrade higher educational performance.
