摘要
目的 :探讨CD4 4v6表达与胰腺癌增殖活性、淋巴结转移以及预后的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化LSAB法检测 47例胰腺癌组织中CD4 4v6和PCNA的表达。结果 :CD4 4v6阳性率为 5 7.4% (2 7/ 47) ,与胰腺癌组织学类型及分级无关 ;伴淋巴结转移者CD4 4v6阳性率 (81.0 % ,17/ 2 1)明显高于无淋巴结转移者 (38.5 % ,10 / 2 6 ) ,两者间有极显著性差异 (χ2 =8.5 8,P <0 .0 1) ;CD4 4v6阴性者术后 1年生存率为 30 .0 % (6 / 2 0 ) ,而阳性者为 3.7% (1/ 2 7) ,两者间有显著性差异 (χ2 =6 .2 8,P <0 .0 5 ) ;CD4 4v6阳性染色的胰腺癌组织PCNA标记率较阴性者高 (χ2 =4.6 3,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4v6在胰腺癌的增殖及转移过程中起重要作用 ,并可作为预测胰腺癌预后的生物学标志。
Objective: To study the relationship between the hyperplastic grading, lymph node metastasis, prognosis and the expression of CD 44 v6 in human pancreatic cancer. Methods: The expression of CD 44 v6 and PCNA in 47 pancreatic cancers were determined with LSAB immunohistochemical technique. Results: The positive rate of CD 44 v6 staining was 57.4% (27/47) in these patients, while the positive rate in patients with lymph node metastasis was 81.0% (17/21) which was significantly higher than that without lymph node involvement (38.5% , χ 2=8.58, P <0.01). Positive expression of CD 44 v6 was associated with shorter postoperative survival and the relationship was significant ( χ 2=6.28, P< 0.05). The hyperplastic grade was related with the expression of CD 44 v6 ( χ 2=4.63, P <0.05). Conclusion: CD 44 v6 plays an important role in hyperplasia and metastasis of pancreatic cancer and may serve as a biological marker to predict the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.
