摘要
目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床应用价值。方法我院2010年1月～2011年12月,经脐单孔腹腔镜治疗80例小儿腹股沟疝患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果复发1例,治愈率98.75%,复发率1.25%。结论该手术是治疗小儿腹股沟疝安全有效的微创手术,其创伤小,操作简便,手术时间短,术后瘢痕小,容易恢复,并发症少,大大减轻了患儿痛苦,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical applications of single-port transumbilical laparoscopic pediatric herniorrhaphy.Methods From January 2010 to December 2011,80 patients were treated with single-port transumbilical laparoscopic pediatric herniorrhaphy,and then,analyzed the clinical data retrospectively.Results One of the 80 patiants was relapsing.The clinical recurrence rate and cure rate were 1.25% and 98.75% respectively.Conclusion Single-port transumbilical laparoscopy with less trauma,simple,short operation time,scar subtle,easy recovery,less complication,less pain,is the safely minimally invasive surgery in pediatric herniorrhaphy.It is worthy of widely promoting in clinic.
