摘要
在不同的温度条件下,测出三个不同批号头孢唑林钠样品的旋光度,求得温度系数K的数值。据此K值计算出标准温度(20℃)下的比旋度值,进而可对头孢唑林钠的纯杂程度及含量作出鉴定。
Under different given temperature,optical rotations of the samples of cefazolin sodium of 3 different batch numbers are measured.The values of the temperature coefficient K are calculated.The specific optical rotation of the samples under the standardized temperature(20℃)is calculated.Then purity and assay of the samples can be identified.
