摘要
用自硬树脂砂生产铸钢件时 ,容易产生的 1种缺陷———热裂 ;对型 (芯 )砂退让性的概念作了回顾和评定 ,设计了评价自硬树脂砂退让性好坏的试件 ,从浇注结果可以证明该试件对裂纹是否形成有高的敏感性 ,这为改善自硬树脂砂的退让性 ,防止裂纹形成 ,提供了有力的评定性。
One of easily formed defects of steel castings by no-bake resin sand is hot tearing.In this paper,the concerpt of collapsibility of mold(core) is reviewed and evaluated.And the sample that can be used to judge the collapsibility is high censitive to tears formation.This presents strong evaluation for improving collapsibility of no-bake resin sand and elimienating tears.
