摘要
随着变频技术、PLC技术和模糊控制技术的发展,直供式转热站自动控制技术逐渐成熟。结合中油吉林石化供热系统,本文提出温度、压力参数的控制策略。总结出PID参数值和模糊控制参数值的经验数据。剖析了温度控制系统和压力控制系统如何克服干扰,达到平衡。
With the development of the frequency conversion technology, PLC technology, and the fuzzy control technology, the automatic control technology of direct transferred heat station is gradually matured.Combined with CNPC Jilin Petro- chemical heating systems, the analysis of temperature, pressure parameter control strategy is presented. The experi- enced data of the PID parameter values, and fuzzy control parameter values are summed up. How to overcome interfer- ence and how to balance in the temperature control system and the pressure control system are analyzed.
