摘要
报道了猪苓的植物来源、性状、显微组织特征、理化鉴别反应,多糖、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及水溶性浸出物的含量测定,为猪苓的质量控制及药典标准规格的修订提供了参考依据。
This paper reports the botanical origin, macroscopic and microscopic characteristics, physical and chemical identification, polysaccharide, total ash and acid-insoluble ash contents of Polyporus, thus providing a basis for the quality control of the drug as well as the revision of the relevant standard in Pharmacopoeia.
