摘要 自身免疫性疾病的检测诊断与发病机制非常复杂,蛋白质芯片技术成为研究以自身抗体为特征的自身免疫性疾病的快速、有效的工具,在定量检测和新标志物的发现中有着广泛的应用前景。蛋白质芯片是继基因芯片之后发展起来的一种后基因组研究技术,能够对样品蛋白进行高通量、高灵敏度、高特异性的分析,是蛋白质组学研究中强有力的工具。本文就蛋白质芯片及其在自身免疫系统疾病诊断与检测中的应用作一综述。 Autoimmune diseases are common disorders of unsolved etiology that occur in a wide range of manifestations. The presence of autoantibodies is a hallmark, distinctive and key characteristic of autoimmune diseases. New protein chip technology is a new auxiliary diagnostic method to allow the simultaneous identification/measurement of autoantibodies with broad applications for discovery and quantitative analysis. Protein chip technology is a developed kind of post- genome research technology, which is a powerful and convenient technique with high throughput,sensitivity and speci- ficity in proteomic applications. The new developments in applications of protein chip for autoimmune diseases are re- viewed and discussed in this paper.
