摘要
基于数值模拟方法,研究加装不同造型的后视镜及其迎风角度对货车外流场及气动特性的影响.计算采用定常雷诺时均纳维斯托克斯方程.研究表明:加装后视镜后的整车气动阻力系数上升了3.6%~5.2%;后视镜本身的CD值会随着迎风角度的减小而下降;不同类型的后视镜在不同迎风角度下对整车气动性能有显著影响.研究为货车后视镜的造型与气动性能的匹配提供了设计依据.
A research on the aerodynamic characteristics around a truck varied by different forms and windward angles of rearview mirror has been applied by means of numerical simulation.Steady RNS Navier-Stokes calculation has been applied in this paper.Finally,some important conclusions have been made as follows: installing the mirror makes a contribution to the drag coefficient ranged from 3.6% ~ 5.2%;the drag coefficient will drop with the upwind angle decreasing;different styling of rearview mirrors manifest pronounced effects on truck with the change of upwind angles.Hence,the work supplies reference for the styling of rearview mirrors and the aerodynamic performance.
