摘要
聚氨酯（PU）泡沫塑料是用量最大的一种聚氨酯产品，占聚氨酯制品总量的50％以上。但是，聚氨酯泡沫易燃，而且燃烧时会产生大量的有毒气体和烟尘，对人体健康、环境保护和社会安全都会产生不良影响。凶此，聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃成了国内外关注的问题。介绍了国内外关于聚氨酯泡沫阻燃方面的研究进展，重点是聚氨酯的阻燃机理、常用阻燃剂和阻燃处理技术。
Polyurethane （PU） foam is the most important polyurethane product, which accounts for more than 50% PU products. However, PU foam is flammable and produces a number of toxic gases and smokes during combustion that does great harms to human health, environment and social security. As a result, the flame resistance of PU foam obtains great concerns in current years. This paper introduces the research progresses of flame resistance of PU foams by focusing on the mechanism of PU flame retarding, common fire retardants and technologies domestic and abroad.
