通心络胶囊对冠心病患者血管内皮生长因子与内皮祖细胞血浓度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察通心络胶囊对冠心病患者外周血来源的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和内皮祖细胞(EPCs)血浓度的影响。方法应用双抗夹心ELISA检测法检测冠心病患者通心络胶囊前后VEGF水平。采用密度梯度离心法从冠心病患者服药前后外周血获取单个核细胞培养7d后,免疫荧光和流式细胞仪进行EPCs鉴定。测定年龄、性别匹配的健康对照者VEGF和EPCs水平作为对照。结果与健康对照组相比,冠心病患者VEGF水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),EPCs浓度显著下降(P<0.05);与服用通心络胶囊前相比,服药后VEGF和EPCs水平均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊具有正向调节冠心病患者VEGF和EPCs功能的作用。
