摘要
设计了一种阵列式表面肌电信号采集系统。整个采集系统包括表面肌电电极阵列和信号调理电路两部分。电极阵列基于柔性印刷板工艺,电极载体材料(聚酰亚胺,130μm)具有较高的机械柔性,适用于各种弯曲的皮肤表面。肌电电极采用同心圆差分的空间滤波结构,可有效提高表面肌电信号的MUAP区分度。信号调理电路对电极采到的肌电信号进行放大和滤波。实验表明,所设计的电极装置可以采集到MUAP分辨力较高的表面肌电信号,并适用于脸部肌肉等弯曲度比较大的部位。
A surface electromyography (sEMG) acquisition system equipped with electrode array is designed. The whole acquisition system contains two parts: sEMG electrode array and signal conditioning circuits. The electrode array is designed based on flexible printed circuit (FPC) technique. The material (Polyimide, 50um thick) used as electrode carrier allows this electrode array higher mechanical flexibility and can be used on a variety of curved surface of the skin. The sEMG electrode uses differential concentric ring spatial filtering structure which can effectively improve discrimination of motion unit action potentials (MUAPs). The signal conditioning circuit amplifies and filteres the sEMG signals from electrode array. The experimental results show that this electrode array device can get sEMG signals of high MUAP dis- crimination. And it can be used on curve parts like facial muscles.
