摘要
目的:观察机用ProTaper镍钛根管锉进行磨牙根管预备的临床疗效。方法:选取2010~2011年在我所进行磨牙根管治疗的临床病例80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。PT组:采用机用Pr oTaper镍钛锉以冠根向法预备弯曲根管78个;SS组:采用不锈钢K锉以逐步后退法预备弯曲根管76个,两组均采用冷侧压法进行根管充填。根管预备前摄X线片测定根管弯曲度,预备时分别记录每个根管所需时间,预备后1周复诊进行疼痛评价。最后再摄X线片评价根管预备和根管充填效果。结果:PT组预备时间短,术后疼痛的发生率低,根管适充率高,与SS组相比有显著的统计学差异。结论:机用Pr oTaper镍钛锉进行磨牙根管预备有明显的优势,具备一定的临床推广价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the ProTaper rotary Nickel-Titanium file on preparation of morlar root canals. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.78 curved root canals in experiment group (group PT) were managed by ProTaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments using crown-down technique;while 76 curved root canals in control group (group SS) were prepared by stainless steel K files.All teeth were obturated with lateral condensation method.The curve level of root canals was measured by X-ray taken before the preparation;the operating time cost for each root canal was recorded during the preparation;the postoperative pain measure was performed after a week.At last,X-ray was taken to evaluate the preparation and obturation of root canal. Results The mean operation time was significantly shorter in group PT than that in group SS (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative pain was significantly lower in group PT than that in group SS (P〈0.05).And the right filling of root canals was higher in group PT than that in group SS (P〈0.05). Conclusion The ProTaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments can prepare curved root canals effectively and quickly.It is recommended to be applied in clinical practice.
