摘要
研究应用单波长色散X射线荧光光谱法(NB/SH/T0842-2010)对汽油和柴油样品中硫含量进行测定,并应用相应的不同基体制作的标准曲线。通过对测定结果进行统计分析和对标准曲线进行评估,结果表明,此标准曲线制作满足分析方法要求,可以借鉴推广。
Study on determination of sulfur in gasoline and diesel fuel by corresponding cali- bration curve made in different matrix by the single wavelength dispersive X ray fluores- cence speetroscopy（NB/SH/T 0842-2010）.Statistical analysis of the determine results and e- valuation of the made of standard curve showed that this method of fabrication of standard curve can meet the requirement of the analysis and can be used widely.
