云南续断药材HPLC特征指纹图谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究云南续断药材的HPLC指纹图谱,为有效的控制药材质量提供可靠的方法。方法:以云南地区续断药材主要分布区5个州(市)的11个县(市、区)的16批样品,采用Aglient Zorbax SB-18(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇、水溶液按二元梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:220 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:建立了续断HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,16批续断样品测定结果表明,得到了14个共有峰,续断药材相似度在0.674~0.965之间,聚类分析可以聚为两类。结论:在云南首次采集到了日本续断;不同产地续断药材指纹图谱相似度极高,建立的续断指纹图谱测定方法准确可靠。 Objective: To study the HPLC fingerprint of yunnan Dipsacus asper and provide a reliable method for sciencetific evaluation and quality control.Methods:16 batches of Dipsacus asper were collected from 11 counties(cities,districts)of 5 prefectures or municipals in Yunnan provinice,which were the mainly distribution region of Dipsacus asper.Samples were analyzed on an Aglient Zorbax SB-18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) eluted with methanol(A) and water(B) as mobile phase in gradient clution,The flow rate was 1 mL/min,and the column temperature was set at 38℃.The detector wavelength was 220 nm.Results: A HPLC fingerprint method was established,14 common peaks were selected and the similarity ranged from 0.674 to 0.965,cluster analysis could classified these 16 batches of Dipsacus asper into 2 groups.Conclusion:Dipsacus japonicus is found for the first time in yunnan.The fingerprint of Dipsacus asper in different origin have a extremely high similarity;The method is accurate and reliable.
