输尿管组织工程研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 各种输尿管先天畸形、创伤、医源性损伤、肿瘤等常常导致输尿管组织的缺损,严重的输尿管缺损需要进行组织替代。输尿管缺损替代治疗的方法主要包括:自体移植、异体移植以及人工材料替代。自体肠管替代容易出现各种并发症,而异体组织替代会出现排斥反应,人工材料的替代也存在组织相容性的问题,
