快速康复理念在肝移植病人围术期应用的效果比较 被引量：15

摘要 [目的]探讨快速康复技术在肝移植病人中的应用效果。[方法]应用信封法将40例终末期肝病行肝移植术病人随机分为常规组和快速康复技术组(FTS组),分别采用常规方法和快速康复外科技术进行围术期处理,观察两组术后排气、排便时间及术后住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率等。[结果]FTS组病人排气、排便时间及术后住院天数明显短于常规组(P<0.05),术后住院费用、总感染发生次数明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]快速康复理念运用于择期肝移植围术期是可行的,有利于减少术后住院费用,加速术后康复进程。
