摘要
黄冈公铁两用长江大桥主桥钢梁总体架设采用散拼架设方案。为解决浮吊资源问题,结合钢梁总体架设方案,通过架梁吊机和临时支架的安装及架梁吊机在此站位情况下实现墩顶节间钢梁架设的可行性研究,确定该桥塔墩顶4个节间钢梁架设方案为:先利用浮吊趁高水位时在墩旁托架上安装1个临时支架,然后在此临时支架上安装1台WD70C型架梁吊机,利用该架梁吊机完成墩顶4节间钢梁的架设工作。目前,利用该方案已完成第1个节间的钢梁架设,验证了该方案的可行性。
The overall erection scheme for the steel truss girders of the main bridge of Huanggang Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is mainly the scheme of piece-by-piece assem- bling and erection. To cope with the problem of availability of suitable large floating crane and in the light of the overall erection scheme, the feasibility of erecting the panels of the steel truss girders at the top of pylon pier by installing the girder erection crane and temporary support and also by mounting the crane on the support was studied, and it was determined through the study that the erection scheme for the four panels of the steel truss girders at the top of the pylon pier of the bridge was specifically as follows: a floating crane was firstly used to install a temporary support on the pier-side bracket at the time of high water level, a WD70C girder erection crane was then mounted on the temporary support and the girder erection crane was used to complete the erection of the four panels of the girders at the top of the pylon pier. Presently, the erection of a panel of the girders has been Smoothly completed and the feasibility of the erection scheme is hence well verified.
