肌电生物反馈疗法结合综合康复训练对脑卒中恢复期患者下肢运动功能的影响 被引量:9

The Effects of Electromyographic Biofeedback Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Lower Extremity Motion Function of Patients after Stroke

摘要 目的观察肌电生物反馈疗法结合综合康复治疗对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法本院康复科收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者40例随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各20例,两组患者均给予常规神经内科治疗、综合康复治疗,治疗组加用AM-800神经功能重建仪进行下肢肌电生物反馈疗法,共治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后临床神经功能缺损评分、运动功能评定(Fugl-Meyer评定法,FMA)、功能独立性评定(FIM量表)。结果经治疗后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分均有下降,Fugl-Meyer上肢得分、下肢得分及肢体运动总分均上升,其中治疗组相比对照组神经功能缺损评分下降值更显著,FIM量表评分、Fugl-Meyer下肢得分上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法结合综合康复治疗,能有效改善脑卒中患者下肢运动功能,并且可以改善患者的功能独立性,降低神经缺损程度。 Objective To observe the effects of electromyographic biofeedback combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on lower extremity motion function of patients after stroke.Methods Fourty patients with stroke receiving treatment in rehabilitation medicine department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received routine neural medical treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation therapies,while patients in treatment group received additional lower extremity electromyographic biofeedback therapy with nerve functional reconstruction instrument AM-800.All treatments lasted for 4 weeks.Neurological deficit scale,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and functional independence measure(FIM) were adopted to evaluate relative functions of patients before and after treatment.Results The scores of neurological deficit scale decreased in both groups after treatment,while scores of FMA and FIM increased in both groups after treatments(P〈0.05).Comparing with those in control group,scores of neurological deficit scale decreased more significantly,and scores of FIM and lower extremity score of FMA increased more significantly in treatment group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Electromyographic biofeedback combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve lower extremity motion function of patients with stroke,improve the functional independence,and reduce neurological deficit level of patients.
