摘要
订单培养是当前我国职业教育校企合作中的主要教学模式,对职业院校培养专业人才具有现实意义。几年实践下来取得了一定成效。但从整体上讲还没有建立起更有效的运行体系和长效机制。针对目前订单培养存在的主要误区进行了分析,并提出了相应整改对策。
Order-oriented cultivation is the main teaching mode in the school-enterprise cooperation of our country＇s current vocational education,which is of realistic value to the specialized talents cultivation in vocational colleges.It has begun to show its effects after several years＇ practice.However,a more effective running system and long-term mechanism hasn＇t been established as a whole.This paper offers a discussion of the main misunderstanding existed in the current order-oriented cultivation and puts forward corresponding rectification and reform measures as well.
