摘要
为了探讨医院临床科研的哲学思维方法,本文从医学假说的运用、主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面、"大项目"攻关与"小项目"的开发以及坚持实践第一等四个方面,进行临床科研的哲学思考,并运用哲学思维指导临床科研,达到了创新科研选题思维、明确主攻方向、理清研究思路的目的。可见辨证唯物主义的哲学思维,对临床科研的实施有较好的指导作用。
In order to approach the methods of philosophical thinking on clinical research in hospital,this paper carried out philosophical thinking of clinical research from the aspects of the utilization of medical hypothesis,the handling of principal contradiction and principal respects of contradiction,centralized study of ＂major projects＂ and open up ＂small projects＂ simultaneously,as well as persistence in practice.Philosophical thinking can help innovate the scientific research subject,clear the main direction of research and research ideas.Philosophical thinking provides clinical guidance for clinical research.
