摘要
项目管理是施工企业管理非常重要的环节,从施工项目管理现状出发,分析了项目管理中存在的问题,并对这些问题有针对性地提出了改进措施,以提高施工企业项目管理水平。
The paper indicates the program management is the important step for the management of the construction enterprises,analyzes the problems in the program management from the current status of the construction programs management,and points out the improvement measures accordingly for these problems,so as to enhance the program management in construction enterprises.
