微小RNA在胃癌中的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是在真核生物中发现的一类内源性、具有基因调控功能、非编码的小分子RNA,长度为22～25个核苷酸,它们在动植物中以靶miRNA切割降解和(或)翻译抑制进行基因表达的调控。miRNA主要调控生物生长发育、增殖与凋亡等过程,研究表明miRNA亦广泛参与肿瘤的发病机制,以类似癌基因或抑癌基因的功能发挥作用,与胃癌的发生、侵袭、转移关系密切,同时还参与胃癌的耐药机制。阐明miRNA在胃癌中的发病机制,对胃癌的预防、治疗有着重要的意义。
