L-组氨酸阳离子型离子液体的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以L-组氨酸(His)、氟硼酸、对甲苯磺酸、硝酸、盐酸和硫酸为原料,通过混合适当物质的量的比的组氨酸和相应的强酸于水中,采用一步法在微波反应器中合成组氨酸阳离子型离子液体,得到了组氨酸氟硼酸盐His(BF4)2、组氨酸盐酸盐HisCl2、组氨酸硝酸盐His(NO3)2、组氨酸对甲苯磺酸盐His(TsO)2、组氨酸硫酸盐HisSO4共5种组氨酸强酸盐,并对其理化性质进行了表征,其中His(BF4)2、His(TsO)2和His(NO3)2具有较低的熔点(低于100℃),其热稳定性较传统的离子液体差。此外研究了组氨酸阳离子型离子液体在汽油脱硫中的应用,以正庚烷作溶剂,噻吩作含硫杂质组成模拟汽油体系,将组氨酸硝酸盐作为脱硫剂加入模拟油中,在进行机械搅拌之后利用色谱仪检测不同搅拌时间的脱硫效果。 Some new amino acid ionic liquids(ILs) derived from Hisine(His) were studied experimentally.First,the His fluoborate(His(BF4)2),His hydrochloride(HisCl2),His nitrate(His(NO3)2),paratoluenesulfonic acid His salt(His(TsO)2) and His sulfate(HisSO4) were synthesized with one-step microwave synthesis method,and their physicochemical properties,including the IR spectra,melting points,thermostability and optical rotation were explored.It was found that His(BF4)2,His(TsO)2 and His(NO3)2 had potential in further application for their low melting points(less than 100oC).By using the combination of n-heptane and thiophene as model gasoline,meanwhile the physical desulfurization effect of His(NO3)2 was also investigated.
