摘要
以花叶开唇兰的继代组培苗为材料,采用正交试验法,研究了培养基主要成分对花叶开唇兰组织培养的影响。实验结果表明:影响芽增殖的主要因素是植物激素和蔗糖浓度,芽增殖的适宜培养基为:MS+6-BA 4 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L+2%蔗糖。影响幼苗生长的主要因素是植物激素浓度,幼苗生长的适宜培养基为:MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+2%蔗糖。
The orthogonal test was carried out to investigate the effect of main medium ingredients on the tissue culture of Anoectochilus roxburghii.The results indicated that the main factors influencing the bud propagation were plant hormone and cane sugar concentration,and the optimum medium for the bud propagation was MS＋6-BA 4 mg/L＋NAA 1 mg/L＋2% cane sugar.The main factor affecting the seedling growth was plant hormone concentration,and the optimum medium for the seedling growth was MS＋NAA 0.3 mg/L＋2% cane sugar.
