对氧磷酶1参与香猪高脂模型脂质代谢研究

摘要 猪动脉粥样硬化形成过程和解剖特征与人极为相似,为研究动脉粥样硬化发病机理,建立了贵州小香猪高脂模型,并设了对照组。通过饲养试验,测定猪动脉粥样硬化形成过程中与脂质代谢密切相关的4种关键因子,即血清总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白(Light density lipoproteincholesterol,LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL)、超氧化物歧化酶(Super-oxide Dismutase,SOD)及对氧磷酶1(Paraoxonase-1,PON1)活性,研究PON1与脂质代谢之间的关系。研究结果显示,PON1在香猪高脂模型中活性降低。 Because of the similar forming process and anatomical characteristics of atherosclerosis in Xiang pigs and human beings,the hyperlipidemic Xiang pigs and control group were set to study the atherosclerosis pathogenesis.The contents of four essential factors closely related to the lipoometabolism in atherosclerosis process such as TC(Total cholesterol),LDL(Light density lipoprotein),HDL(High-density lipoprotein),SOD(Superoxide dismutase) and the activity of PON1(paraoxonase-1) in the pigs of two groups were detected to study the relationship of PON1 and lipometabolism.The results showed that the activity of PON1 was decreased in hyperlipidemic Xiang pigs.
