摘要
重点阐述了应用SINUMERIK840D数控系统,成功改造五轴联动镗铣床的途径。通过更新编码器,增加ANA模块,解决了数字信号和模拟驱动的匹配和链接问题,从而降低了成本。通过实施多种误差补偿功能及伺服优化,使得机床精度及可靠性大大提高,为数控机床重大专项研究及本科生的五轴联动加工技术开放实验提供了硬件平台。
This paper focuses on the method of making use of SINUMERIK 840D numerical control system to transform the milling machine with five axis interpolating. On the one hand, by updating the encoder coder and adding ANA module, we solve the matching and connecting problem between digital signal and drive simulation, which reduces the cost of transformation. On the other hand, by putting many kinds of error compensation functions and servo optimization into practice, we improve the precision and reliabili- ty of machine greatly, so that the machine can play an important role in the research of key special subjects of numerical control machine and the open experiment of undergraduates manufacture in five axis interpolating.
