摘要
高校辅导员技能大赛对于提高辅导员工作技能,促进工作交流具有重要意义。审视目前高校辅导员技能大赛开展的现状,提出推进辅导员队伍专业化、专家化、职业化建设的建议。
The professional skills competitions for university instructors are greatly significant for improving the skills of university instructors and promoting work exchanges.According to the development status of the skills competitions,this paper puts forward the thinking of the professional skills competitions for university instructors and continuing to promote the professional,specialized and vocational construction of the political instructor team.
