摘要
对豌豆类囊体及其两种PSⅠ复合物 (PSⅠ 1和PSⅠ 2 )的类脂及脂肪酸组成进行了分析 .结果表明 ,它们均含有MGDG ,DGDG ,SQDG ,PG和PC 5种酰基脂 .两种PSⅠ复合物的类脂与脂肪酸组成及含量存在较大差异 .根据PSⅠ 1和PSⅠ 2类脂与脂肪酸组成特性推论 ,PSⅠ 1主要存在于类囊体膜的非垛叠区 ,PSⅠ 2可能主要分布在垛叠区 ;PSI 1的结构比PSⅠ 2稳定 .
The compositions of glycerolipids and fatty acids in the thylakoids and PSⅠcomplexes (PSⅠ 1and PSⅠ2) of pea were analyzed in the present study. The results indicated that the three preparations all contained 5 kinds of acyl lipids (MGDG, DGDG, SQDG, PG and PC). The two PSⅠ complexes differed obviously in the compositions and contents of lipids and fatty acids. The results suggested that, the PSⅠ 1 complexes might mainly exist in the flat membranes of grana and stroma thylakoid, while the PSⅠ2 complexes might mainly exist in the aprressed membranes of grana. The complexes structure of PSⅠ was more stable than that of PSⅠ2.
