摘要
随着我国经济发展、社会进步和人民生活水平的提高,各种建筑工程项目相继开工,许多风格独特、创意非凡的建筑物成为城市的地标。然而,近年来一些工程项目投入使用后不久即出现质量问题,成为"豆腐渣工程";有的由于设计及基础施工等存在问题,建设物未达到寿命期限就被迫拆除,成为"短命建筑"。因此,建筑工程质量是建筑物正常发挥作用的根本保障,基础施工成为质量管理的重中之重。
With the development of economy, social progress and the improvement of people＇ s living standard, lots of construction engineering are commenced successively. Many unique and innovative buildings become urban landmarks. However, some buildings have turned out to be ＂jerry-built projects＂ in recent years. Those buildings which are due to the design and some problems in construction become ＂short-lived buildings＂. Therefore, the quality of construction engineering is the fundamental guarantee and the core of the quality management in foundation construction.
