摘要
以4种纸塑包装材料为对象,通过迁移实验,研究了其中铅在不同的温度下(5℃、20℃、40℃、70℃)向食品模拟液水中的迁移行为。结果表明:随着迁移时间的延长,4种纸塑包装材料中铅的总迁移量都在增加;在不同温度区间,随着温度的升高,铅的迁移量均有所增大;且随着温度的升高、迁移达到平衡的时间缩短。
By the migration test with four paper-plastic food packaging materials, the migration of lead from food paper-plastic food packaging materials to food simulant (water) under different migrated temperatures (5℃ ,20℃ ,40℃ ,60℃ ) was studied. The results show that the total migration of lead of four kinds of paper-plastic food packaging materials increased at different temperature range with the migration time prolonged;with increasing temperature,the migration volume of lead increased,and migration time to reach equilibrium decreased.
