摘要
伴热是管道保温及防冻凝的一种有效措施,大致可分为蒸汽伴热、高温水伴热、电伴热及其他介质伴热,各有其优缺点。利用酮苯脱蜡装置混合溶剂冰点低的优点,用高温混合溶剂替代部分伴热介质,在满足被伴热物料性质要求的前提下,保证了自身不发生冻线事故,降低了操作强度,既保证了装置安全生产,又实现了节能降耗。
The functions of the heat tracing are introduced by comparing the advantages and the disadvantages of several commonly used heat tracings in this paper.Based on the characters of the low ice-point of the mixed solvent used in the ketone-benzol dewaxing unit,and the condition that all requirements of material heated tracing are satisfied,and using the high-temperature mixed solvent instead of some heat tracing,it can avoid freezing the pipeline.Therefore,the operation can greatly reduce the manipulate strength and ensure the safety of units during production.Meanwhile,it can greatly reduce the energy-consumption.
