提高钮扣用不饱和聚酯树脂耐热氧老化性研究 被引量:2

Study on the improvement of anti-thermal oxidative ageing property of unsaturated polyester for buttons

摘要 通过评估实验研究了受阻酚类、亚磷酸酯类、硫代类抗氧剂以及受阻酚与亚磷酸酯类复合抗氧剂对钮扣用不饱和聚酯树脂耐热氧老化性的影响,并通过150℃下90 min高温加速实验和6个月常温储存实验对添加了优选抗氧化剂的不饱和聚酯钮扣的热氧老化性进行了研究。结果表明,亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂3010的添加质量分数为0.45%时,钮扣的耐热氧老化性改善最明显。 The effects of anti-oxidants such as hindered phenol,phosphite ester,thio compound and complex of hindered phenol and phosphite ester on the anti-thermal oxidative ageing property of unsaturated polyester were studied by the evaluation experiments.The anti-thermal oxidative ageing property of unsaturated polyester buttons with the optimized anti-oxidant were investigated by the accelerating ageing test at 150 ℃ for 90 min and the storage tests at room temperature for six months.The results showed that anti-thermal oxydative ageing property of the buttons was most significantly improved by 0.45% phosphite ester anti-oxidant 3010.
