摘要
宁波工程学院是近年来在甬高校中引进海归较多也是较为成功的高校之一,作为成功的案例,客观具体调查研究来校工作人员情况,对于进一步实施学校《"聚英100"行动计划》,为学校出台更有针对性的海外高层次人才政策提供依据,更好地实施海外人才战略,具有很强的现实意义。本文利用调查的统计数据,深入分析了高校海归人才的现状与特质,并相应提出若干对策和建议。
Ningbo University of Technology is one of the most successful universities in recruiting overseas returnees among universities in Ningbo, so how to accurately conduct survey on overseas returnees who come to work in the university provides basis for further putting into practice the universitys "talent 100 action plan" and unveiling more pertinent overseas high level talents policy, it has strong practical significance to better implement overseas talents strategy. The article uses statistical data from the survey, thoroughly analyzes the university's overseas returnee talents'current situation and characteristics and brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
