HLA-DRB1基因与发作性睡病的关系

摘要 目的探讨发作性睡病与HLA-DRB1基因的关系。方法用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)分型技术对发作性睡病组28例和36例健康人(正常对照组)进行HLA-DRB1等位基因检测。结果发作性睡病患者组DRB1*15出现频率为51.8%,与正常对照组16.7%比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 HLA-DRB1*15基因为发作性睡病患者的易感基因。
