摘要
目的建立HPLC同时测定清腮合剂中绿原酸和黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS C18(150 mm×2.5mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速0.8 ml.min-1,检测波长327 nm。结果绿原酸在浓度为6.88～68.80 mg.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=7),黄芩苷在浓度为13.95～139.50 mg.L-1内呈现线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=7);平均加样回收率分别为101.08%、100.39%,RSD分别为0.89%(n=5)、0.66%(n=5)。结论该方法测定简便,结果准确,重复性好,可为清腮合剂的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Mumps Mixture by HPLC.Methods Hypersil ODS C18 column（150 mm×2.5 mm,5 μm） was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid（gradient elution）.The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was at 327 nm.Results The linearies of chlorogenic acid and baicalin were 6.88~68.80 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9,n=7） and 13.95~139.50 mg·L-1（r=0.999 9,n=7）.The average recoveries were 101.08% and 100.39%,respectively.The RSDs were 0.89%（n=5） and 0.66%（n=5）,respectively.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for quality control in this preparation.
