摘要
目的:观察应用经皮射频热凝治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的临床疗效。方法:应用北京北琪医疗科技有限公司R-2000B射频控温热凝器治疗仪对2009年10月～2011年11月收治的106例椎间盘源性下腰痛患者行经皮射频热凝治疗。结果:疗效评价采用Macneb腰腿痛手术评价标准进行,通过3～12个月的随访,很好70例;好21例;轻度好转10例;差5例。总有效率为95.28%,无效为4.72%。结论:经皮射频热凝是治疗椎间盘源性下腰痛的有效方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical application of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation for the treatment of discogenic low back pain of clinical curative effect. Methods： Application of Northern Qi Beijing medical science and technology limited company R-2000B RF control thermocoagulation for treatment instrument in October 2009 to November 2011 of 106 patients with discogenic low back pain treated by percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment. Results： The efficacy was evaluated used the Macneb lumbocrural pain operation evaluation standard, by 3 to 12 months follow-up, very good in 70 cases; 21 cases of good; slightly better in 10 cases; poor in 5 cases. The total effective rate was 95.28%, invalid was 4.72%. Conclusion： Percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation for treatment of discogenic low back pain is effective method.
