摘要
目的建立测定五加参颗粒中紫丁香苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.3%甲酸溶液(体积比12∶88),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为265 nm,柱温为30℃。结果紫丁香苷进样量在0.041 04~0.451 4μg(r=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.50%,RSD=1.96%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确可靠,可用于五加参颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量测定。
Abstract:Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of syringin in Wujiasheng Granules. Methods The Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% formic acid (12:88) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the temperature was 30 ℃. Results The good linear relation of syringin was in the injection volume of 0. 041 04-0. 451 4 μg(r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 101.50%, RSD = 1.96% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is sensitive,convenient and accurate,which can be used to determine the content of syringin in Wujiasheng Granules.
