摘要
目的:观察腔内射频闭合术联合TriVex刨吸术治疗下肢静脉曲张的护理效果。方法:回顾应用腔内射频闭合术联合TriVex刨吸术治疗下肢静脉曲张手术患者共392例的临床资料。结果:所有患者术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。患者疼痛程度减轻,下床活动早,术后恢复快,住院时间短。结论:术前充分的准备、术后采取积极有效的护理措施、早期有序的下肢活动及功能锻炼可预防下肢静脉血栓曲张,保证患者顺利康复。
Objective：To observe the nursing effect of endovenous radiofrequency in combination with TriVex for treatment of varicose in lower extremity.Methods：Clinical materials of 392 patients with varicose in lower extremity,who were treated for endovenous radiofrequency in combination with TriVex were retrospectively studied.Results：All patients had a good rescovery and no serious complications happened after operation.With effective care,the patients had a mild pain,ealier out of bed activity,fast rescovery and short inpatient time.Conclusions：Full preparation before operation,effective care after operation,early lower limb exercise and functional exercise can prevent the occurrence of complications such as deep venous thrombosis,and are the key of ensuring patients recovery successfully.
