Influence of Cl^- Concentration on Corrosion Behavior of 0359 Aluminum Alloy in Simulated Marine Atmosphere Environment

摘要 通过连续盐雾腐蚀实验对0359铝合金在模拟环境中进行了腐蚀研究,主要考查Cl-浓度对其腐蚀性能的影响,分析了腐蚀试样的表面形貌、腐蚀产物、点蚀深度和腐蚀失重。结果表明:Cl-浓度对0359铝合金的腐蚀具有明显的加速作用;腐蚀形貌以点蚀为主,随Cl-浓度增加,点蚀逐步扩展,点蚀深度和腐蚀失重分别由1%浓度时6.36μm、0.833 3 g/m2增加到9%浓度时的26.30μm和9.50 g/m2。以万宁地区户外暴露腐蚀失重为参考,该合金可满足海洋大气环境中10年以上的使用寿命。 The corrosion behavior of 0359 aluminum alloy was studied by salt spray corrosion test in the simulative environment. The influence of Cl- concentration on corrosion performance was investigated, and the surface morphology, corrosion products, pitting depth and mass loss of the corrosion sample were analyzed. The results showed that Cl - concentration has a significant role in accelerating corrosion of 0359 aluminum alloy. Pitting is the main morphology and enlarges with the increase of Cl - concentration. The values of pitting depth were 6.36 um and 26.30 um, and mass loss were 0. 8333 g/m2 and 9.50 g/m2 with the Cl - concentration of 1% and 9%. In reference of the mass loss of exposure outside in Wanning area, 0359 aluminum alloy can meet the service life of more than 10 years in the marine atmospheric environment.
