摘要 以合兴集团汽车电子有限公司线束型号CJY1079装配线为研究对象,应用工业工程方法和仿真技术对其做系统平衡分析和改善。首先,以作业测定为依据研究线束装配线的平衡现状并确定瓶颈工位;接着,应用人机分析、工艺简化、双手操作分析等工业工程方法对瓶颈工位做局部改善;然后,运用"ECRS"原则从整体上对装配线做进一步平衡分析与优化;最后,利用Quest仿真软件对线束装配线进行建模与仿真并对拟定方案进行可视化分析与评价,仿真结果验证了改善方案的可行性。 Industrial engineering methods and simulation technology were applied to make balancing analyses and improvements for a type CJY1079 harness assembly line in the CWB automobile electronic company.Firstly,study the assembly line balancing status based on the work determination to get the bottleneck stations;secondly,some industrial engineering methods,such as the man-machine operation analyses,work simplifications and two hands operation analyses are utilized to shorten the task time of the bottleneck stations;thirdly,utilize the "ECRS" principle to furthermore optimize the assembly line from the whole;finally,the Quest simulation software is applied to make visual analyses and evaluations for the improved scheme of the assembly line,the results of which verifies the feasibility of the new scheme.
