C-PEB chemotherapy combined with surgery in malignant germ cell tumor and literature review

摘要 目的探讨儿童恶性生殖细胞瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我中心收治的3例恶性生殖细胞瘤病例,均经C-PEB方案联合手术治疗。结果目前3例随访时间分别达2年、2年半、3年,均为完全缓解。结论 C-PEB方案联合手术治疗恶性生殖细胞瘤安全有效。 Objective To malignant germ cell tumor. Methods evaluate the clinical characteristics and treatment of childhood Three patients with malignant germ cell tumor were retrospectively reviewed. They were treated with C-PEB chemotherapy combined with surgery. Results The 2-year survival rates were 100% in these patients. Conclusions C-PEB chemotherapy combined with surgery could improve efficacy and survival rate of children with malignant germ cell tumor.
