摘要
体面劳动理念包含6个基本方面,其衡量指标则包括11个大类。体面劳动指标体系是对其基本理念的忠实表达。每类衡量指标同时表达了数个基本理念,而每个基本理念又均由数类指标来表达。体面劳动基本理念及其衡量指标形成了一个相互交织的复杂统一体。这种特点要求在实施体面劳动过程中,必须全面推进各项指标要求的落实。
The concepts of decent work include 6 aspects,and its measuring indicators consist of 11 categories.The indicator system of decent work is the truthful expression of decent work＇s basic concepts.Each category of measuring indicators expresses several concepts,and each concept was expressed by several indicators.The basic concepts and indicators of decent work have formed a complex yet interrelated entity.This feature asks for the fulfillment of each indicator in the process of carrying out decent work.
