摘要
目的研究舰员的人格特征,为维护和提高该群体精神卫生水平提供一定依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16-PF),对1210名舰员进行调查。结果舰员组人格特征中的16种主要因素得分和4项应用预测个性因素得分均不同程度高于军人男性常模(t=10.41,9.15,7.48,11.01,12.31,9.59,6.91,10.85,8.87,8.85,10.75,4.78,12.04,9.31,8.81,8.87,3.36,10.76,8.89,8.19;P<0.001和P<0.01),而在4项次级个性因素中除感情用事与安祥型(X3)低于军人男性常模外(t=5.11,P<0.001),其余均高于军人男性常模(t=3.34,10.50,10.21;P<0.01和P<0.001),两组间对比有显著性差异;相关性检验结果显示,16-PF应用预测个性因素与次级个性因素大部分存在显著相关性,其中果断型性格与创造能力、专业成就能力的正相关最显著(r=0.817,0.787,P均<0.01);焦虑型性格与心理健康的负相关最显著(r=-0.781,P<0.01)。结论在人格特征方面,适应能力强,焦虑程度低,善于交际,开朗乐观,安祥警觉的舰员心理健康状况更好;而感情用事、缺乏信心的舰员则在创造能力、成长能力方面明显受限。
Objective To explore personality characteristics of crews,and provide some basis for maintaining and improving their mental health.Methods A total of 1210 crews were investigated by using Cattell's 16 personality factor questionnaire(16PF).Results 16 kinds of main factors and 4 application prediction personality factors scores in personality characteristics of crew group were significantly higher than male soldiers norms(t=10.41,9.15,7.48,11.01,12.31,9.59,6.91,10.85,8.87,8.85,10.75,4.78,12.04,9.31,8.81,8.87,3.36,10.76,8.89,8.19,P0.001 or P0.01).In 4 subprime personality factors,Emotional and peaceful type(X3)were lower than male soldiers norms(t=5.11,P0.001);the rest were all higher than male soldiers norms(t=3.34,10.50,10.21;P0.01 and P0.001),Most of 16PF personality factors and subprime application prediction personality factors existed significant correlation.Among them,positive correlation of decisive type character and creative ability professional achievements ability(r=0.817,0.787,all P0.01),and negative correlation of anxiety type character and mental health were the most significant(r=-0.781,P0.01).Conclusion In the personality characteristics,those crews who are adaptiveness,low in anxiety level,sociable and optimistic are better in the mental health level;while those crews who are emotionally and lack of confidence are obviously limited in the creation ability and growth ability.
