摘要
本文综述了国内外构建能源预测模型和能源安全评价体系的现状,分析了现有研究成果的主要特点以及目前存在的不足和缺陷,并在此基础上对针对创新能源预测建模的关键问题进行了分析,以及应注重研究城市能源安全评价指标体系的学术主张。
This paper studies the status of domestic and international energy forecast models and energy security evaluation system. We analysis the main features and the current shortcomings of the existing research results, and suggest the innovative method of building the energy forecast model,which should focus on researching urban energy security evaluation system.
