摘要
在金刚石工具的使用过程中以及生产过程中都会不可避免的产生大量的废旧金刚石工具,现阶段缺乏对其进行回收的行之有效的方法,由此造成了环境的污染及资源的浪费。文章通过对废旧金刚石工具的多种回收方法进行分析总结,提出了一种综合、高效回收金刚石工具中材料的新方法。废旧金刚石工具经过混合酸分解后,所含金属以离子形态进入溶液,而金刚石与碳化钨颗粒从滤渣中被回收;根据金刚石工具中各金属含量对浸出液中金属离子成分进行调整,以草酸作为沉淀剂,用氨水调节草酸的PH值,对浸出液进行共沉淀研究。在合适的条件下,各金属的综合沉淀率达到98%以上;最后对草酸盐进行氢还原,得到超细预合金粉末。
The diamond tools are widely used in architecture,geological exploration and other significant fields of national economy.A mass of waste diamond tools will be available inevitably during the period of service and manufacture of the diamond tools,and nowadays,the used diamond tools are not recovered effectively and efficiently that they cause environmental pollution and resources waste.This paper puts forward a new method of reclaiming waste diamond tools comprehensively and efficiently based on the analysis of many existing methods.The new method specifies that the metals of used diamond tools after decomposing in mix acid comes into the solution as the state of ion,the diamond and tungsten carbide grains are recovered from residues.The ions in leaching agent are adjusted in accordance with metal content in diamond tool,co-precipitation research is applied to leaching agent with oxalate as precipitator and ammonia for adjusting PH value of the oxalate,wherever appropriate,the comprehensive sediment ratio of metals is more than 98%;finally,hydrogen reduction is provided for oxalate to obtain superfine pre-alloyed powder.
