摘要
目的 :观察 1 52例摩托车排气筒烧伤的MEBO的治疗效果。方法 :烧伤创面直接用耕耘换药刀将MEBO涂于创面 ,厚约 3mm ,内层MEBO油纱覆盖 ,外层用消毒干纱布包扎。结果 :1 52例摩托车排气筒烧伤患者均用MEBO外涂包扎后不用任何抗生素 ,1周治愈者 62例、2周治愈者 70例、3周治愈者 2 0例。结论 :MEBO包扎治疗摩托车排气筒烧伤 ,简便易行、造价低 ,只需门诊换药 ,不需住院治疗 ,包扎后能使药物持续发挥作用 ,止痛效果好 ,抗感染力强 ,创面愈合快。
WT9.,10.25BZ]Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating 152 cases burned by motor-bicycle discharge pipe. Method: After washing the wound with 1% bromogeramine, MEBO was applied on the wound to a thickness of 3 mm, the wound was covered first with vaseline gauze and then bandaged with dry sterile cotton gauze. Results: 62 cases healed in 5 days, 90 cases healed in 6 to 14 days. No antibiotics were needed. Conclusion: MEBO bandaging method is very effective for treating burns caused by motor-bicycle discharge gas. No hospitalization is needed. This treatment has good analgesic and anti-infective effects and promotes wound healing. [WT9.,10.25HZ][
