摘要
目的:研究高压氧暴露对红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫功能的影响及可能机制。方法:小鼠暴露于0.25MPa(2.5ATA)99.2%O2的高压氧下2小时,测定红细胞、淋巴细胞的免疫粘附功能及血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆β-内啡肽(β-EP)浓度。结果:HBO暴露下红细胞、淋巴细胞免疫粘附功能均下降,同时血浆MDA,β-EP含量升高。结论:HBO暴露可抑制机体免疫功能,这种抑制作用可能与脂质过氧化损伤及神经内分泌调节有关。
Aim: To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on the immune functions of red blood cells(RBC) and lymphocytes and its possible mechanisms. Methods: Mice were exposed to 99. 2 % oxygen at 0. 25Mpa for two hours, and the immune adherence function of RBC, lymphocyte,plasma malondial dehyde(MDA) and β-endorphin (β-EP) contents were determined. Reslt: The immune functions of RBC and lymphocyte were significantly suppressed, meanwhile, plasma MDA and β-EP contents wee markly increased during the expeure to HBO. Chnclusion: the body immune function could be suppressed by HBO exposure,which is possibly related with oxidative injuries and the stress of the body.
